Key angle: The multiple logins from different locations were the hacker, not you sharing the account. In Email #1, specifically mention “logins from multiple countries that aren't mine.” In Email #2, confirm you've secured the account and nobody else has access.

Key angle: This is actually the easiest scenario. You genuinely don't know what happened, which aligns perfectly with “someone else was using my account.” The hack explanation covers any violation you're unaware of.
