Many users have reported getting their Amazon seller account banned for no reason. In this post, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to get unbanned from Amazon and bypass any Amazon seller account ban and shadowban.
Amazon lately has been going on banning sprees, and while, for the most part, they will ban people who break the rules and bots, there is a vast percentage of those accounts banned that never broke any rules or did anything wrong, leaving them in the dark, asking their self why did I get an account suspension notification from Amazon?
The first thing most people will do after they get banned on any platform is to make a new account, only to release that will get banned either instantly or after a few days. If you are one of those people, keep reading this post since I will show you how to get unbanned on Amazon with the latest workarounds and bypasses, and I can assure you that at the end of this post, you will be able to have your Amazon buyer or Amazon seller account reinstated.
How to get unbanned from Amazon?
Before we get into what you should do to bypass the Amazon ban, let’s get into what it means to be banned or shadowbanned.
When you get banned on Amazon, you will get a message that your account is Disconnected/Disabled/Banned, or you will get a message saying that you can not log in to your account anymore(for whatever reason).
That means any connection from your end to Amazon servers will be denied, and you won’t be able to access their platform ever again.
On the other hand, being shadowbanned on Amazon is unclear and sometimes challenging to understand. Being shadowbanned on Amazon means that certain functionalities of your account are not working as they should but that you don’t get notified, so you will have to find out by yourself.
The truth is that bypassing the ban is not as easy as creating a new account with different details. Your phone, personal information, and unique network identifiers are flagged(IP Ban) and will automatically bind to any new account connected from the same device/network.
This post gets updated every Amazon update to keep up with all the recent changes.
With that said, in this post, you will learn how to get unbanned on Amazon in a few easy steps, as follows:

1. Clear all traces.
The first and most important thing you must do is ensure that all files and traces that could link you to the ban are gone from your mobile or desktop device.
On your Android phone, navigate to Settings > Manage Apps or Settings > Apps to access the complete list of installed apps. Look for Amazon, Select it, and then press the uninstall option.
On IOS devices, navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and choose to delete the Amazon app.
If you are using Amazon from your PC browser, I recommend getting a portable version of your favorite browser and using it only for Amazon. You can find a portable version for almost any browser available. If you don’t want to do that, reinstall your current browser and clear all cache.
To clear the cache in your browser, follow these steps:
- Open the browser.
- Click the (3 dots)icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
- Select “More Tools.”
- Select “Clear Browsing Data.”
- Select all the checkboxes in the “Clear Browsing Data” window.
- Click “Clear Browsing Data.“
2. Get A New Phone Number Ready.
You cannot create a new account with the same number and not get banned instantly. So that means you will need a new phone number.
Google Voice numbers, TextMe Now app phone numbers, and most free apps or phone numbers you will find online are already recognized and flagged by Amazon and almost all major social platforms and websites.
No worries, though; there are easy ways to get around this.
The first option is to register using a friend’s or family member’s mobile number and then ask them to send you the verification code to proceed with the registration.
The best option, in my opinion, is to get a cheap VoIP phone number to receive text messages from Amazon for registration and verification purposes. This way, you have complete control over the number and decide how and when to use it without bothering anyone. You can get a cheap number from Tossable Digits or Hushed.
Another thing you could do is to go and get a new SIM card.
3. Get A New Email Address.
You won’t be able to create a new Amazon account with the same email address. You will be instantly linked to the previous one and get your new Amazon account banned as soon as possible.
You will need this new Email for the next step as well.
Pretty easy to do; use your favorite email provider(Gmail, Yahoo, Protonmail, Zoho, AOL, iCloud, GMX, etc.) and find the section on the page where you can sign up for a new account, enter the required information, such as your name, Email, etc. and create a new account.
Once you are all set up, proceed to the next step.
4. Get A Dedicated IP Address. (PC + PHONE).
Your IP address is the most crucial security step that will even make or break everything you did above to bypass the Amazon ban. The best way to change your IP address is to use a VPN service or a proxy server(Proxys need an excellent setup to avoid disconnections and unhiding your IP, so let’s stick with the VPN).
I recommend using NordVPN because they have dedicated IP addresses which means that you will be the only person connecting to Amazon from them.
Why is the dedicated IP important?
Because you will have a fresh IP address only for yourself that no one else can connect from.
The shared servers from all VPN services are public to everyone with a subscription, which means that the chances that someone already got a public IP banned from Amazon are very high.
5. Create New Account. (Recommended on PC)
Now that we have everything we need to create a new Amazon account let’s go ahead and create one.
I highly recommend creating your new Amazon account on a PC(If possible) and not from the app on your mobile device. It will work either way, but to make everything easier and get the best results, please use your PC/Laptop.
No worries, you won’t be using it just from the PC; it’s a security measure to ensure your new account doesn’t get flagged.
How to create a new Amazon account:
- Make sure you are connected to a VPN server on your PC/Mobile.
- Navigate to Amazon’s official website and click Create Account.
- Enter your new Mobile Phone number & Email and proceed with the on-screen instructions to complete the registration.
- DON’T USE THE OLD PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL IN ANY WAY.
6. Complete your profile carefully.
I want you to be very careful on this part and make sure you follow all my instructions and tips below to avoid getting banned again.
– Don’t link your other social accounts to this one.
If you used to have any of your social accounts linked and connected to Amazon, please don’t ever connect the same social media accounts to this one. It will get you instantly banned or shadowbanned.
– New payment details
Make sure never to use your old payment method. Use a different card to complete any transactions later on.
7. Age the account for a few days.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE VPN.
Don’t forget that you just created your account, which means that you are a new user of the platform who is unfamiliar with how the platform works and how you should act. Always keep that in mind, at least for the first week.
Login from time to time, scroll around, log out and repeat after some time.
8. Ready to go.
That’s it, and you are officially back on Amazon!
If you want your stay to be longer than your last one, please read the rest of this guide with some times that will keep your account safe forever(hopefully)!
